'When I started work as a baker at 15, I knew it was what I wanted to do as a career. I loved the constant challenge and the pure satisfaction in seeing others enjoy my creations.
At the age of 20, an opportunity arose for me to establish my first bakery, which I grew into a successful business. After establishing two more successful bakehouses, I had the privilege of working in Europe in a traditional bakery. Upon returning, it was my goal to open a specialty pie and cake shop in the South-Eastern suburbs, and soon after Phil’s Pies and Pastries was established!’
At Phil’s Pies and Pastries, we strive to provide all our customers with delicious pies and cakes that are sure to make your mouth water.
We daily bake a vast array of different flavoured pies, in both lunch and family size.
Whether you’re craving a tasty Jumbuck (lamb) pie for lunch, or wanting to treat the family with a delicious Shepherd’s Pie, Phil’s has you covered!
Our range of mouth-watering cakes will also be sure to satisfy – strawberry flans, chocolate éclairs, vanilla slices, baked custard tarts, apple cakes,
cupcakes and meringues - we provide all these and more!
Our experienced pastry cook is also able to create extraordinary birthday and celebration cakes that taste just as great as they look!
Our doors are open from 6am Monday-Saturday, and 10am Sunday.
